All sales, service fees, and payments made to Info Sys Asia are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is received.
This policy applies to all:
Consulting fees
Project-based services
Subscription or retainer contracts
Assessments, audits, and cybersecurity solutions
Training, workshops, or licensing services provided by Info Sys Asia
Before any engagement begins, Info Sys Asia provides detailed proposals, agreements, or service outlines describing project scope, deliverables, and costs.
Once you approve or make a payment for the service, it is considered an acknowledgment of your understanding and acceptance of the project scope and this No Refund Policy.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
A duplicate payment is made due to a technical or billing error.
A transaction was charged in error and verified by our finance department.
In such cases, Info Sys Asia may issue a refund after verification, typically within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
If a client chooses to terminate a project or service engagement early for any reason, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any work completed up to the date of termination will remain the intellectual property of Info Sys Asia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the rare case that Info Sys Asia is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal or technical reasons, we will offer:
A replacement service of equal value, or
A service credit that can be applied to future engagements.
Refunds will not be provided unless explicitly authorized by Info Sys Asia’s management.
All digital deliverables, including reports, audits, and assessments, are considered final upon delivery.
Once shared or accessed, these materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Info Sys Asia reserves the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be published on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
